About our agency

Excursions and Services Heinrich is an online travel agency founded in February 2014, after Croatia adopted a law that allows travel agencies to operate online. Our aim is to make it easier and faster to choose and book excursions by providing an objective and up-to-date description of each trip. Our web shop has been operating since 2018. We offer boat trips in Istria, which is located in the north-western part of the Croatian coast, day trips to Venice and passenger transport by catamaran between Venice and Istria, relying on 30 years’ experience of the founder, Mr Nenad Heinrich. Our clients are both individuals and groups, and the main activities are described below.

• For trips to Venice, guests usually come from the wider Istria area, stretching from Portorož in Slovenia in the north to the island of Krk in the south. Guests looking for transport by boat from Italy (Venice) to Istria are also interested in our services. There is strong demand for the Pula–Venice catamaran line. Rovinj, Poreč and Umag can also be departure ports to Venice.
• In Istria, tourists are particularly interested in various boat trips such as fish picnics and Dolphin search excursions.
• Furthermore, the Brijuni National Park is a very attractive destination for boat excursions.
• Another favourite destination for our guests is the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park, even though it is some distance from Istria.
• In addition to excursions, we also help guests find private accommodation in Istria and Zagreb.

• The easiest way to book is through our web shop. First, choose a trip on the page that describes excursions from your chosen departure port. When booking, you pay a deposit by card, and the balance in cash when the boat departs. If a trip is cancelled due to bad weather or illness, we refund your payment in full (by cancelling the order). • You can also send an enquiry by e-mail. We will reply with an offer in which you can either pay the full amount in advance or pay a deposit in advance and the balance in cash when the boat departs. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
• In some cases it is possible to provide personal details such as the address of your resort and the first and last names of participants. The agency will check this information and can open a reservation. Payment is then made on the day of the trip, before departure.
