Valbandon (Bi-Village): Fish picnic with swimming at Brijuni

This page describes the boat trip with Srebreno from Valbandon (Fažana) including swimming at Brijuni (fish picnic). The dock is located on the beach of the Bi Village campsite in Valbandon. This trip does not enter the national park (on the island of Veli Brijun), but a swimming break is taken on the island of Sveti Jerolim (one of the 14 islands in the Brijuni archipelago). This trip is not organized outside the swimming season on the island.

Trip Details

  • Departure around 10:45 from the dock near the Bi Village campsite.
  • Arrival at the island of Sveti Jerolim. Swimming break for 2 hours. Lunch on the boat. Learn more about the island of Sveti Jerolim.
  • Panoramic ride around all 14 islands of the Brijuni archipelago.
  • Return to Bi-Village around 15:00.
  • The excursion lasts about 4 hours and 15 minutes, and has a very rich program.

Book the Trip

  • The price for adults is €50.00 and includes: swimming ticket for the island of Sveti Jerolim, lunch, and wine, water, and juice throughout the entire trip. Lunch on the boat consists of mackerel or grilled burger, cabbage salad, and bread. Food and drink consumption is unlimited. A vegetarian menu is also available but must be requested (1 day in advance).
  • There is no bar on the boat and no drinks are sold.
  • We recommend parking in Valbandon. The dock is about 500 m away. You can find more information about parking at the Fažana dock here. If you park between the Plodine supermarket in Fažana and the sea, the distance is about 600 m.
  • The trip is most suitable for tourists staying at the Bi-Village campsite.

Description of the Boat and Route Map

  • Srebreno is a traditionally built boat, 18 meters long. Due to its high mast, it captivates with its appearance and serves as a photo magnet (slide 1, in the gallery below). Learn more information about the boat.
  • The map display is located in the gallery on slide 2. The boat departs from the Bi-Village port (1) at 10:45 and makes a 2-hour swimming break on the island of Sveti Jerolim (2). This is followed by a ride around the Brijuni archipelago and a return to the Bi-Village port (1). In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the captain may change the trip plan.
